There is a particular unease in feeling underdressed—an awareness that arrives uninvited at a job interview, a first introduction, or a moment when something meaningful is at stake. In these moments, appearance becomes language. It speaks quietly, but with authority, of who we are and what we value. Elegance. Restraint. Authenticity. The kind of presence my father once described simply as “a high-quality person.”

On the golf course, life softens. There is space to think, to breathe, to move with ease. Yet even here, opportunity has a way of finding you—between holes, in passing conversation, in the company you keep. It is a place where character is revealed in the details. And so, if I am to walk the fairway or step into the clubhouse, I prefer to do so with a sense of quiet confidence—never loud, never forced, but unmistakably considered. Not ostentatious, never contrived—only genuine, solid, and assured.
As a designer, I’ve long been drawn to objects that transcend their purpose. A well-made watch. A pair of boots that carry a story. A shirt that belongs as much at dinner as it does in the open air. These are not simply products—they are companions to a way of living. They elevate without effort. They endure.
With the Links bag, I set out to create something worthy of that company. A piece that feels at home alongside the finest essentials. Crafted not for a season, but for a lifetime—and perhaps the one that follows.

Handmade in New Zealand, the Links bag is built from full-grain leather, selected for its integrity and character. Untouched by sanding or compromise, it retains the natural grain of the hide—strong, breathable, and resistant to the elements. Over time, it does not wear out; it evolves, developing a patina as individual as the life lived with it. Solid aluminium hardware offers strength without weight, designed to endure years of use with quiet reliability.
Its form is deliberate. A refined silhouette that carries a full set of fourteen clubs without excess. Balanced dual straps ensure comfort in motion, while integrated stand legs provide stability with ease. Every detail—down to the precision of its zips and stitching—has been considered, not for show, but for purpose.
The Links bag is not simply carried—it becomes part of the way you move through the world.
So the next time you find yourself beside a golf bag, take a moment. Notice the stitching. The materials. The way it holds itself. Ask the question: does it reflect who you are?
