Avgar was created out of a firsthand understanding of the frustrations golfers experience with traditional equipment. From the outset, the focus has been on designing products that improve the overall golfing experience through elegant innovation, refined design, and high-quality materials.
Our approach blends functionality with considered aesthetics. Products are developed to solve real problems on the course while maintaining a restrained, premium feel. Design decisions are driven by how golfers actually use their equipment, rather than by trends or unnecessary complexity.
Innovation plays an important role in this process. Avgar holds patented design elements that reflect a commitment to rethinking how golf equipment functions, while maintaining durability, comfort, and visual longevity.
Designed in New Zealand, our products reflect a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful engineering. This approach underpins the brand and informs how we work with manufacturing partners to ensure consistency and integrity across everything we produce.

Meet the Founder
Avgar was founded by Heather, Anderson whose personal journey into golf highlighted how little the category had evolved, particularly in terms of design, ergonomics, and user experience.
That perspective shaped the foundation of the brand. Heather remains closely involved in product development, ensuring that each design aligns with the original intent: to create golf equipment that feels purposeful, well-considered, and genuinely improves how golfers interact with their gear.
The business continues to be founder-led, with decisions guided by a long-term mindset and a focus on maintaining product integrity and brand consistency as the company grows.
What Avgar has to offer investors is an opportunity to invest in a Company that has overcome all its failures. Avgar now truly understands the design, manufacturing, assembling, packaging and logistics of a company that provides all these aspects.
The products have 3 levels of comfort for an Investor we have our innovation line which is Uforia version one with Version 0.2 in the pipe line, We have our executive Links line of merchandise for the active business executive, and soon we will have our Utopia range for the Social golfers who love luxury in what they handle when playing golf not including the golf clubs.
Avgar has sound assets in its investment in its production molds and casts alongside its inventory. Avgar also has 5 patents and 12 trademarks supporting its products.
These patents and trademarks offer legal protections internationally.
Further we are a tight net team with expertise to lead bigger production and customer service for all our actions.
Avgar has sold products in 35 countries, it has a base in USA and New Zealand.
Currently we have s signed agreement with a distributor in Japan and are in the finally stages of signing an agreement with Great Britain, France, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. With 4 other countries in the pipeline.
Avgar is looking for a strategic investor who can be hands off or hands on. To help us manage and supply these new opportunities faster. Heather Anderson is willing to stay on as an adviser or director for as long as the new investor desires.
