Our products are shipped under Ex Works (EXW) terms.

For orders shipped outside of New Zealand, the purchaser is responsible for:

Any applicable taxes (if any)
Possible import duties, customs clearance fees, and other related import costs at the border (if any)
Typically, the freight forwarding company provides a single invoice covering all these charges. Once the required payments are settled, the shipment will be released from customs and delivered. Costs vary by country.
