Ambassador Registration

This Scope of Work outlines the expectations and responsibilities of an AVGAR® Ambassador. It is intended to sit alongside the Ambassador Agreement and does not replace or override any terms contained within that agreement.

1. Role Overview
The Ambassador represents AVGAR® in a premium, referral-only capacity. The role is focused on brand advocacy, visibility, and the introduction of prospective customers to AVGAR® products through authentic, relationship-led engagement.

2. Core Responsibilities
The Ambassador is expected to:

  • Represent the AVGAR® brand professionally and in alignment with its premium positioning;
  • Use AVGAR® products personally and maintain them in excellent condition;
  • Speak knowledgeably and accurately about AVGAR® products when appropriate;
  • Refer interested individuals to official AVGAR® sales channels;
  • Distribute official AVGAR® referral cards or codes where relevant;
  • Avoid misrepresentation of pricing, availability, or product capabilities.

3. Content & Brand Visibility (Optional, Not Mandatory)
Where appropriate and natural to the Ambassador’s lifestyle, the Ambassador may:

  • Feature AVGAR® products in personal social media or lifestyle content;
  • Participate in brand photoshoots, events, or campaigns by mutual agreement;
  • Provide testimonials or feedback upon request;
  • All public-facing content referencing AVGAR® must receive prior written approval.

4. Referral Activity
The Ambassador may introduce prospective customers using the Ambassador’s business card‘s discount code or QR code directing them to the AVGAR sport webpage. The Ambassador will not handle transactions, pricing, or fulfillment. All sales are conducted directly between AVGAR® and the end customer.

5. Conduct & Standards
The Ambassador is expected to:

  • Uphold AVGAR® brand values and reputation at all times;
  • Avoid behaviour that could negatively impact the brand;
  • Comply with all reasonable brand guidelines and approval processes;
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding non-public business information.

6. Exclusions
The Ambassador is not required to:

  • Meet minimum posting or content quotas;
  • Achieve sales targets;
  • Exclusively represent AVGAR® unless separately agreed in writing;
  • Act as an employee, agent, distributor, or reseller.

The Ambassador‘s role is as socially competent conversationalist.

7. Review & Adjustment
This Scope of Work may be reviewed and adjusted by mutual agreement to reflect the nature of the relationship, audience, or evolving brand requirements.
