How do I organize my Uforia golf bag?
The Ufoira golf bag offers ample storage to accommodate all your golfing essentials. Here's a detailed breakdown of its compartments and recommended packing:
Top-2-Inches (Lid):
- Houses a leather tray for a scorecard. Beneath this tray, there's additional space for 3 tees, 5 golf balls, a rangefinder, and other small items.
Door side pockets and 5 pouches provided:
- Pitch repairers and ball makers / tees.
- Sunglasses / lip screen.
- Spare gloves / phone attachment.
- Cart connect straps / tissues.
- Car Keys / cleaner and cloth.
Serene-Cache (Main compartment):
- Top Shelf: Designed to hold up to 24 golf balls, organised in two boxes of 12 or can accommodate any item of your choice
- Second Shelf: Ideal for storing, jumpers, sweater, windbreakers or cap.
- Valuables drawer: suitable for a phones, watches, earrings, or wallets.
- Third Shelf: Contains a cooler bag for food items.
- Fourth Shelf: A spacious area for a visor and dry bag to store wet gear.
Club-Habitats
- Uforia holds 14 clubs
- Clubs do not need club covers as they are held firmly in the hush locks
- Green-Mate holds 2 clubs (a putter and a wedge) for ease of use at the green.
- If you wish to carry one extra club and swap it out.
- The habitats take general clubs with a grip diameter between 27-35mm.
- The putter grip can be as large as 44.5mm.
- For children or undersized grips tape can be added to the last 2cm of the handles to increase size to 27mm in diameter.
- If you do not use 14 clubs then a habitat can be used for a water stick. We are designing a water stick to fit inside the serene cache.
- Adjust the club heads whilst the doors are open to avoid contact between the clubs
Green-Mate
- Green-Mate holds 2 clubs (a putter and a wedge) for ease of use at the green.
- If you wish to carry one extra club you can swap it out at the green.
- Check the back of your Green-Mate for the Golf Ball Towel
Uforia Rear: Multiple attachments and accessories can be attached on the back.

Uforia with Cart-Connect on a driven cart
- Club and gear organization:
- Place the least used long clubs in rear habitats on each side
- Place clubs on your partners bag side, in travel position
- Place most used clubs on the opposite side
- Put pocket items and drink bottle, inside on dashboard
- Attach the Dual Towel extension strap onto back D-ring and bring it through under the handle over the top lid
- When using Cart-Connect it is best to position straps perpendicular
Uforia Mobile (Push Cart) Suite and E-Drive (Motorised Cart) Suite:
Club and gear organisation:
- Place the clubs in a natural descending order from back to front on both sides.
- If you do not have 14 clubs ensure an even distribution on both sides.
- If you have a spare habitat we recommend leaving space next to the hinges.
- Store your pocket gear and range finder in the storage compartment of the Top-2-Inches.
How do I travel with Uforia?
Car Travel
Club head protection:
- For added protection during car travel, Uforia includes a hood
- Before placing the leather hood over the clubs, ensure they are in Travel Position (lift each club, turn them inward, and push down to activate the Hush-Lock's)
- Cover the top with the towel and tuck a little between each club. Then place the leather hood on top.
- We recommend storing UFORIA on its side in the car.
- If the trunk is metal, consider placing a mat underneath UFORIA.
- Store your shoes in your Dry-Bag or in the Shoe section of the R2 Carrier
Air Travel using Uforia’s Travel bag
- The Uforia Mobile Suite, including the R2 Trundler, is designed for air travel.
- We recommend checking with your airline for their specific policies and pricing, as Uforia will be oversize luggage.
- E-Drive cannot travel along due to lithium battery restrictions.
- To prepare Uforia for travel lay Uforia’s travel bag horizontally onto the floor (zip side facing up) and unzipped with flap fully open.
- Place Uforia front down with clubs (in travel position) with the towel and leather hood on nose facing down and ensure it sits as snug as possible to the base.
- Fasten the straps around Uforia.
- Zip up the Travel Bag.
- Open flap to access smooth glide wheels.
How do I use Green-Mate?
Detaching Green-Mate
- Push the button to release the handle.
- Lift the handle up.
- Push the button again to release the lock.
- Slide Green-Mate out from the top first.
- Lift up from the bottom.
Three clubs with Green-Mate
- Usually Golfers only need 2 clubs however sometimes 3 clubs are necessary.
- Take 2 clubs in Green-Mate and 1 club in your hand.
Green function
- Sit Green-Mate down on its base and the legs will automatically protrude.
- Access you handy Golf ball towel on the back side (magnetically attached)
Reattaching Green-Mate
- Place the base into Uforia™ first.
- Push top in until secured.
- Lower the handle.
Designed to Stand Firm on Grass.
- For your safety and to prevent damage, do not use on polished, hard, or indoor surfaces
How do I store my valuables?
An exciting addition to the central storage of Serene-Cache is the valuables drawer.
- Inside the Serene-Cache doors is a shelf with a drawer.
- This is for storage of valuables
- Store your rings in the dedicated ring holder
How many golf clubs does Uforia hold?
Uforia golf bag is designed to hold up to 14 golf clubs.
Organised – no more knocking, no more wasted time searching. Your clubs, in perfect order, always.
What golf grip sizes does Uforia hold?
According to USGA regulations standard club grip diameters can range from 27mm to 44.5mm
- Uforia’s putter habitat accommodates putters with grips from 27mm up to 44.45mm in diameter.
- All other habitats will hold grips from the range of 27-35mm diameter.
- The first 2cm of undersized grips can be bulked up
Can I use club sensors?
If the sensors are equal to, or slightly larger, grip sensors can be used.
Club sensor covers can be used if total diameter does not exceed 35mm.
How much does Uforia weigh?
- The Uforia trunk is in the tour bag weight range. It is designed with easy grip placements to be a 1 lift operation i.e. out of car to smooth glide wheels, out of car to R2 trundlers or out of car to driven cart.
- The easy lift lifting points a front grip under the front doors and top push handle grip for balanced lifting enabling even pressure on both arms.
- Smooth-Glide wheels allow effortless movement - just press the foot lever to activate and push Uforia forward with one hand and guiding it with the other. The wheels are unidirectional so you need to take wide turns.
- Optional shoulder strap available for traditional carrying.
- The R2 E-Drive motorised model means effortless walking around the course.
- Uforia’s follow-me is actually “beside me” following system.
- The battery lasts for 36 holes and can be disengaged for manual pushing.
- This sidekick and easier R2 wheel setup is now available.
- R2 trundler weight: 5.7 kg (without back wheels: 4.4 kg).
What are the dimensions of Uforia?
The measurements are
- Height: 41 in / 104.1 cm (without clubs)
- Width: 11 in / 27.9 cm
- Length: 13 in / 33 cm
- While Uforia is taller than standard golf bags, the total height equipped with clubs is comparable to standard bags equipped with clubs.
- Uforia will fit into most golf travel bags.
How does weather affect Uforia my golf trunk?
Neither sun nor rain can harm Uforia. Uforia is water resistant and UV protected. Our engineers have developed specialised polymers to ensure Uforia is long-lasting and durable.
- Top-2-Inches and Serene-Cache storage: Equipped with drainage channels to keep golf gear dry.
- Uforia’s Club-Habitat compartments are designed with spaces, that channel water away, using water surface tension to keep moisture out to keep club grips dry.
- Dual-sided towel: Use the red side as wet to clean clubs and the black side to dry hands use vice versa in the rain. Hydro-Shield technology protects the dry side.
- Dry bag: Isolate wet clothes inside Uforia using the Dry bag
Can my R2 trolley be used with other Uforia Suites?
No, you cannot interchange the trolley’s to swap across the mobile and E-Drive Suites. They are separate distinct Units.
- Both the Uforia Mobile Suite (a pushcart version) and the R2™ E-Drive Suite (a motorised cart version) have their own trtrollys specifically designed only to fit their respective Suites.
- If you wish to change to a different Suite, options are available to upgrade o from Uforia™ Connect the Mobile or E-Drive Suites.

How do I clean my Uforia golf trunk?
Avgar provides you with a cleaning kit. We recommend cleaning Uforia with the cream provided every two months. We recommend wiping Uforia down with a clean very slightly damp cloth, then applying the cream in an even fashion over the entire surface. Most car leather and rubber cleaning products work well in enhancing Uforia’s appearance. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvants.

Why is my payment failing?
Ensure 4 things are correct before purchasing.

- Ensure you have the right shipping address especially the right zip code.

Do you offer payment plans or instalments?
At the moment, we do not offer payment plans or installment options directly through our website.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot change the payment method.

Can I get a refund if I paid by credit card?
If a refund is due in accordance with our refund policy, the amount will be credited back to the original form of payment.
What should I do if I think I was charged incorrectly?
It is very unlikely that an error occurs on our automated check-out. Contact us on sales@avgar.co mentioning your name and order number for enquiries.
How do I manage payment for Shipping?
Shipping costs are charged at checkout .
What is the delivery and dispatch time frame?
- The usual dispatch time is 1-3 days and the shipping time is usually 5-7 days. Uforia Connect Suite comes in one box with one tracking number, Uforia Mobile comes in 2 boxes with one tracking number and Uforia E-Drive comes in 3 boxes from Avgar with Avgar’s tracking number and the battery comes in one box with one tracking number from the battery supplier. Therefore they may well arrive on different days.
- Avgar to individual customer is shipped Delivered Duty Free (DDP). There is a shipping and insurance cost (if you wish insurance), that is charged at check out.
- For Bulk purchasing companies the shipping is EXW that is exfactory door. So the purchase is responsible for shipping, insurance and all border taxes.
Is Insurance cover offered for transit?

Who pays for Customs and Border Taxes?
Country Taxes:
- For individual Customers Avgar’s Webpage Pricing is based on Delivery Duty Paid. (DDP)
- For Distributors, Retailers or Bulk purchasers the sale is EXW that is ,Ex factory door so in this case the purchaser pays the border tax, insurance and shipping costs.
- Your country decides on the price according to an HS Code. This code is determined by the purpose of the product and what it is made of. The answer for this its purpose is as a golf bag or trunk and it is made of polymers, stainless steel and rubber and leather.
- The HS code closest for these is HS95063900 – Other Golf Equipment and parts thereof.
- Avgar can assist with sensible size orders for using the maximum space on a pellet.

Import duties and taxes may apply at the border and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Charges are subjective to each country. The freight forwarder will advise the cost.
Are there any additional fees associated with my payment?
There are no additional credit card fees to the price indicated in your shopping cart.
Refund
How do I request a refund?
Send us an email to sales@avgar.co with all the details why you believe a refund is due, including photos and videos of any damage of product and packaging. So we can determine this case by case.
What is your refund policy?
If product arrived damaged due to airfreight handlers we will refund it. If the product’s mechanical parts arrived damaged we will replace the parts.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds will be processed once we receive the product back at the factory.
Will I be refunded for the full amount, including shipping?
1. Returns Due to Damaged Items (Manufacturing or Shipping)
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Upon verification, you will receive a full refund of the product amount and any shipping costs you incurred.
2. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction
If you are simply not satisfied with your product, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Unopened & In Original Packaging: If the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition, you will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Opened & Requires Repackaging: If the product has been opened and requires us to repackage it for resale, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your product refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To maintain durability:
- Use Smooth-Glide wheels correctly by pushing Uforia in front of you with one hand and the other hand to stabilize one side.
- Travel in a car with Uforia on its side rather than its back. Have it resting on an even carpet like surface.
- When using a push or motorised cart Avgar recommends that you lock the front wheel on hilly terrain for added stability and to prevent downhill drift.
- Use the security strap to hold Uforia in place when using R2 E-Drive.

Can Uforia be used on other golf push trundlers or driven golf carts?
Uforia is specifically designed for Avgar's R2 E-Drive trolley the Avgar Uforia Mobile Trolley to ensure rock-solid stability.
- While some third-party trundlers may fit, we cannot guarantee compatibility.
- The Cart-Connect system allows secure attachment to driven golf carts without obstructing any features. See new cart connect strap video.
- For the best experience, we strongly recommend using Uforia with a driven cart, the R2 Mobile a push trundler and our R2 E-Drive motorised trundler.
How does the E-Drive remote work?
The E-Drive remote provides precise control over Uforia’s movement:
- Directional control: Move forward, reverse, left, and right.
- Distance mode: Select between 15m or 30m auto-walk settings.
- Geofencing: Prevents tipping and enhances stability on steep slopes.
- Battery life: Operates for 36 holes on a full charge.
- Manual mode: If the battery depletes, you can still push the unit manually.
- Additionally, you have the option to upgrade with a Follow-Me system that operates by system moving beside you. Its trade name is “Side Kick”.
