Influencer Registration
This Scope of Work outlines the expectations, deliverables, and working parameters for an Influencer collaboration with AVGAR®. It is intended to be read in conjunction with the AVGAR Influencer Agreement and applies only to the specific campaign or collaboration outlined.
Possibilities
In 2026, for a young athlete, pricing could:
- Logo on Hat (Front) - $20,000/year
- Logo on Hat (Side) or Shirt Front - $15,000/year
- Logo on Apparel (Sleeve, Shirt Back, Collar) - $10,000/year
- Logo on Front Golf Bag - $10,000/year
- Logo on Side Golf Bag - $7,500/year
For a typical LPGA Athlete, Annual Pricing will look more like this: (agent-estimated; this pricing varies by broadcasting visibility, ranking, and social reach).
- Hat front | Rookie $50k-$150k | Established $200k-$500k+
- Left chest / bag side | Rookie $25k-$75k | Established $100k-$300k
- Sleeve / back-hat | Rookie $10k-$40k | Established $50k-$150k
For PGA Athletes, pricing will be according to their social media presence and ranking.
Athlete contracts will have content deliverables and usage rights, typically up to 6 months after the contract has ended, for example, a one-year contract would have usage rights for a year and a half from the dare of the contract agreement. The athlete would still need to produce content, and often, you'll see a quarterly post, so it's easy to track.
Small-Mid Creator (10k-50k): $2,000-$5,000
- Deliverables (typical):
- 1-2 Reels
- 3-5 Stories
- UGC clips for ads
- Pricing:
- Posting fee for the Reels & Stories: $750-$2,000
- UGC creation: $750-$1,500
- 3-month paid usage license: $500-$1,500
- Perpetual or long-term licensing for influencers, usage license fee will increase by 50-75%.
Mid Creator (50k-150k): $5,000-$12,000
- Deliverables (typical):
- 2-3 Reels
- 3-5 Stories, or Story Sets
- UGC clips for ads
- Pricing:
- Posting fee for the Reels and Stories: $2,000-$6,000
- UGC creation: $1,500-$3,000
- 3-month paid usage license: $1,500-$3,500
- Perpetual or long-term licensing for influencers, usage license fee will increase by 50-75%.
Large Creator / High Trust Talent (150k+): $12,000-$25,000
- Deliverables (typical):
- Multiple reels, 2-5+
- Campaign Storytelling, multiple story sets.
- Paid Ad UGC
- Pricing:
- Posting fee for the Reels & Stories: $5,000-$12,000
- UGC creation: $3,000-$6,000
- 3-month paid usage license: $4,000-$8,000
- Perpetual or long-term licensing for influencers, usage license fee will increase by 50-75%.
This Scope of works is generic pricing as all influencers/management teams will negotiate each deal, however it provides a base to work off of. It is intended to be read in conjunction with the AVGAR Influencer Agreement and applies only to specific campaign or collaboration outlined. 1. Engagement Overview
The influencer is engaged as an independent promotional partner for a defined campaign or period. The purpose of the engagement is to create authentic, high-quality content and brand exposure that aligns with AVGAR's premium positioning and commercial objectives.
2. Deliverables
Deliverables will be campaign-specific and agreed in writing prior to commencement. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Social media posts, reels, short-form video, or stories;
- User generated content (UGC) for AVGAR marketing use;
- Event appearances or live mentions (if applicable);
- Campaign-specific storytelling or product features.
Exact quantities, platforms, formats, and timelines will be confirmed per campaign.
3. Content Standards & Approval
All content must:
- Be original and created by the influencer;
- Accurately represent AVGAR products and features;
- Comply with applicable advertising and disclosure regulations;
- Align with AVGAR brand values, tone, and visual standards.
Where approval is required, content must be submitted for review prior to publication. No content may be posted until written approval is provided.
4. Usage Rights
All content produced under this SOW grants AVGAR full commercial usage rights, including use across:
- Website and e-commerce;
- Social media (organic and paid);
- Digital and print advertising;
- Email marketing, PR, and retail displays.
Usage rights are time framed to 3/6/12 months, worldwide, and royalty-free unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Compensation Structure
Compensation for the engagement may include:
- Product seeding or gifting;
- Commission on verified sales;
- Fixed campaign fee;
- Retainer or hybrid structures.
All compensation terms will be documented separately for each campaign.
6. Conduct, Exclusivity & Brand Safety
The influencer agrees to:
- Maintain professional conduct throughout the agreement;
- Avoid content or behavior that may harm AVGAR's brand or reputation;
- Disclose sponsored or gifted content as required by law;
- Refrain from promoting direct competitor golf bag or trundler brands during active campaigns, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Reporting & Performance (If Applicable)
Where requested, the influencer my be required to provide:
- Performance analytics;
- Engagement analytics;
- Referral link or code results.
Reporting requirements will be specified per campaign.
8. Term & Review
This Scope of Work applies only for the duration of the agreed campaign or collaboration. AVGAR may review performance and alignment throughout the term and may adjust or conclude the engagement in accordance with the Influencer Agreement.
