For orders shipped outside of New Zealand, the purchaser is responsible for:

Possible import duties, customs clearance fees, and other related import costs (if any)

Typically, the freight forwarding company provides a single invoice covering all these charges. Once the required payments are settled, the shipment will be released from customs and delivered. Costs vary by country.
